36th eXtremeMan Nagyatád - Competitor Information Summary

200x150

Detailed Information for Participants of eXtremeMan Nagyatád 2025

REGISTRATION

Before you can register for any race, the first step is to register on our registration page.

If you are already a previously registered user on our registration site, simply log in. If you don't remember your password, you can request a new one. Please do not create a new account!

To ensure that we can link this year’s performance to your previous results, and that you can later use our discounts, it is important to use only one user account, to which your previous Finisher data is connected.

If you have never visited the site, please start by registering. Only individuals over 16 years of age can register on our site.

After providing your name, email address, and password, you will receive a notification email. The account can be activated via the link included in that email. Then you will be able to log in.

PROFILE

After logging in, you must provide your data. Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.

Please make sure to enter your name correctly. Accurate entry is important because your name will appear as provided on result lists and official documents such as in the press or on your diploma.

Providing a "nickname" is not mandatory, but at the eXtremeMan Nagyatád individual race, we would like to display this name on your bib number.
The text on the bib number can be a maximum of 16 characters – e.g., your first name or nickname.
If you don’t provide anything, we will use your first name.

When selecting your T-shirt size, please consider the following:
Finisher T-shirts for the eXtremeMan Nagyatád 2025 individual race will once again be provided by BIORACER.
You can order one from the "optional products" section.
Deadline – due to the production time of the FINISHER T-SHIRTS – is June 20, 2025.
You can view the BIORACER (technical) running T-shirt size chart in the text.

You can view the BIORACER technical shirt size chart in the text.

Relay competitors can also order a shirt for their starter package—either a BioRacer or an Intersport Technical Shirt. Shirt size is requested separately on the registration form. Shirt distribution is based on the latest finalized data.

Providing your BSI ID is important because upon successful completion of the eXtremeMan Nagyatád individual race, you will automatically be eligible for the discount provided by BSI.

If you have an Ötpróba ID, please enter it here! As a member of the Ötpróba program, you can earn points that can be exchanged for sports equipment. From the eXtremeMan series, you can collect points by participating in the Nagyatád race either individually or in relay. Individual finishers earn 6 points, two-person relays 4-4, three-person relays 3-3, and participants in relays of four or more receive 1-1 point.

You can read more about the Ötpróba program here.

You can register here if you haven’t yet.

Providing a license (race permit) is not mandatory at the time of registration.

BUT:
Participation in the open international championship requires a valid race permit. Relay participants and those choosing "middle distance variations" do not need a license; for the latter it is recommended but not required. Details about acquiring an annual race permit can be found on the MTSZ website. The license includes annual accident insurance that provides help not only during races but also during training sessions. The Hungarian Triathlon Federation will use the most recent license data before the race and provide it to the timing team for the preparation of the result lists. In case of an international athlete, participation requires a valid race permit, of his/her representative country.

We particularly emphasize the rules of using the yellow ChampionChip. Only those individual athletes can use their own yellow chip who have entered the chip code in their profile by the final modification deadline (July 20, 2025) and bring the chip with them to the bib pick-up. All other athletes will use a white chip, which has a rental fee of HUF 1,000 and a deposit of HUF 2,000. Relay teams always use white chips; the entry fee includes the rental fee. A deposit of HUF 2,000 is also required.

It is important to set up your Finisher connection if you have ever finished as an individual athlete in Nagyatád. If your profile is linked to your previous results, your subsequent performances will be credited automatically, your data will be accurate, and the discounts will display correctly. If you cannot set this up, be sure to contact us before registering! Email: extrememan@extrememan.hu

Billing: An invoice will be issued for every registration. Due to changes in the NAV data reporting requirements in 2021, you must specify whether the invoice should be issued to an individual or an entity with a Hungarian tax number. During registration, the system uses the billing data provided to generate the invoice. If your billing data changes later, the new data will appear for the next registration. You can overwrite the data on the registration form. Invoices cannot be modified afterward! Please check the accuracy of your data before registering!

Clicking the Save button stores your changes

You can later modify the data entered in your Profile. You can change your bib nickname or enter your chip code during the year.

Modification deadline: July 20, 2025.

ENTRY

If you registered previously, this year we will first request data confirmation upon logging into the registration page. Due to NAV changes, you must specify whether the invoice should be issued to an individual or to an entity with a Hungarian tax number. Please provide accurate data; invoices cannot be changed after being issued.

Also check whether your Finisher connection is set up and whether your data is correct. Only then can you apply discounts to the registration fee. There is no way to do this after registration.

Please read the Race Announcement thoroughly before registering!

Only participants born in 2005 or earlier can register for the individual race in Nagyatád.

You can register for multiple races on our registration page. From the list, select the race(s) you wish to register for. We distinguish between two types of registration forms:

Individual:
In this case, as the profile owner, you register only yourself. Typically used for our individual races, where only athletes older than 16 can participate.

Team:
In this case, as the profile owner, you are the team captain. You can register:

  1. Yourself,

  2. A team,

  3. Yourself and others,

  4. Only others.

This includes relay races, women's runs, and eXtremeManó events where participants younger than 16 may enter. In this case, the team captain can only submit the personal data of under-16 participants with the consent and approval of a parent/guardian. Important: If you also want to participate, list yourself among the competitors—even if you’re only registering yourself.

If the auto-filled data from your profile is incorrect, log in to your profile and update it before submitting your registration. You can access your profile by clicking the arrow next to your name in the top right corner.

Individual participants:
From the entered data, the registration list will display the following: name, year of birth, gender, club, city, and by clicking the participant's name, their previous Nagyatád finishes and times. If no clickable data is shown, the participant is preparing for their first Nagyatád race.

The Pasta Party takes place on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 19:00 to 21:00.

The “Athletes’ Garden” will be open on race day from the first finishers until approximately 24:00.

The Pasta Party and Athletes’ Garden services can be ordered by selecting these options during registration.
Meals related to the race can only be accessed with meal vouchers, which will be included in the athletes’ race packages.

You may also order entry tickets for your supporters to the Pasta Party and/or the Athletes’ Garden.
The price of a Pasta Party ticket is 3,000 HUF per person,
and an Athletes’ Garden ticket costs 3,500 HUF.

The swimming venue is located 40 km from Nagyatád.

We continue to offer transportation for both athletes and bicycles to the swim start.
The price is 3,000 HUF per person and 3,000 HUF per bike.
It is recommended to order this at the time of registration, as this service will only be available in limited capacity at the registration office.

If this will be your first Ironman-distance race, please select “yes” only if you have never finished a full (classic) distance race before.

You are required to provide your estimated finish time, but this will not be made public.
Please give a realistic estimate, as it will be used for assigning bib numbers.
If you don’t change the default time of 14:00, we will use that for creating the start list.

Relays:

Please select the appropriate registration form based on your relay size.

The registration list will show the following details: team name, team members’ names, and city.

Pasta Party: Friday, August 8, 2025, 19:00–21:00. Athletes Garden: Race day, until around 24:00.

The “Athletes’ Garden” will be open on race day from the arrival of the first finishers until approximately 24:00.

The Pasta Party and Athletes’ Garden services can be ordered by selecting these options during registration.
Race-related meal services can be accessed with meal vouchers, which athletes will receive in their race package.
Athletes can use the meal vouchers included in the race package to access the Pasta Party and Athletes’ Garden services.

There is also an option to order entry tickets for your supporters to the Pasta Party and Athletes’ Garden.
The price of a Pasta Party ticket ordered with registration is 3,000 HUF per person.
The price of an Athletes’ Garden ticket is 3,500 HUF.

These services are ordered by selecting them in the registration process or the starter pack. Meal services require meal tickets included in the registration package.

You can order extra tickets for your companions. Pasta Party ticket: HUF 3,000/person. Athletes Garden ticket: HUF 3,500.

Swimming venue: 40 km from Nagyatád. Transport for people and bikes is HUF 3,000 each. It is advisable to pre-order this at registration, as availability at the race office will be limited.

The registration fee can only be paid by bank card. Follow on-screen instructions to complete registration.

If your registration fails, simply repeat it. No action is required for failed attempts. Payment will fail if you click the back button, close the browser too early, use an invalid card, or lack sufficient funds.

Submitted registrations appear under “My Entries.” Green indicates successful registration. Only these appear in the official list.

Modifications:
You can modify your data in your profile until July 20, 2025. These changes can be made anytime during the year, but only data finalized by July 20 will be accepted for the race. Billing data changes affect future registrations only. Invoices are issued based on data confirmed in the registration form. No modifications afterward! For changes not editable in the profile, contact us at extrememan@extrememan.hu

Why is this important?

For individuals, your name and city will appear exactly as entered on diplomas and result lists. Pay attention to race permit and chip deadlines.

For relays, only the team name appears on the result list. Changing a relay team member is a simple modification, not a cancellation. Shirt sizes might not be changed with late substitutions. New relay members pay the current fee. Contact us via email.

Registration cancellation:

You can cancel registration until March 31. After ordering the starter pack, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Individual registrations are non-transferable. If we detect substitution, the result will be invalidated.

Pre-race tasks and programs:

Health condition

Completing the race puts a serious strain on the body for both individuals and relay teams. We recommend a medical check-up during training, even if a permit is not mandatory. Participation is at your own risk. Only enter if you are in good health and adequately prepared. Do not endanger yourself or others.

Registration and bib pick-up:
